For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my career to multifamily real estate as an owner, operator, property manager, and investor.

Throughout that time, I have experienced multiple real estate cycles and learned that long-term success is built on disciplined underwriting, operational excellence, and protecting investor capital.

Today, I lead ABG Multifamily, where our team acquires and operates apartment communities throughout the Southeast with a focus on creating value for both our residents and our investors. In addition to owning and operating multifamily communities, I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1996 and have helped hundreds of individuals and families achieve their real estate goals.

What motivates me most is helping busy professionals and families build long-term wealth through professionally managed multifamily real estate. I believe apartment investing should be straightforward, transparent, and accessible, allowing our investors to enjoy the benefits of real estate ownership without the day-to-day responsibilities of managing properties themselves.

When I'm not working on apartments (which my family will tell you is rare), you'll find me spending time with my wife and our two children, coaching youth sports, enjoying the outdoors, or thinking about apartments anyway. They would probably tell you that's still my favorite hobby—and they're probably right.
